- Builders and Growers Supply Company was located on the south side of the Troy Highway at the south end of Washington Street. Owned by Kenneth Anderson and puchased by Washburn-Wilson Seed Company in the fall of 1945, it was converted into a modern seed pea processing plant in 1946 and purchased by Carl Eisinger on March 1, 1961. The building was destroyed by fire on April 28, 1962.
