- Inland Empire Hospital image on an envelope postmarked Kendrick, Idaho. Building is on the southwest corner of First and Jackson Streets in Moscow and was formerly the Moscow Businessmen's Club, then the Elks' Club, Dr. Carithers turned it into a hospital in 1908, followed by Lambda Chi Alpha, and eventually an apartment building.
